We believe that local creators and historically underinvested entrepreneurs drive the energy and culture of our Eastside neighborhood, yet they rarely hold title to the underlying real estate. We are shifting the narrative from temporary programming to permanent Black, Brown, and local property ownership paired with growth-aligned leasing models. By securing real estate equity and expanding capital access for local business development, we ensure our neighbors plant deep, unbreakable financial roots that combat displacement and build generational assets.
Radical Community Belonging
We co-design intentional first, second, and third spaces that serve as neighborhood anchors. Grounded in local Eastside culture and aligned with the Imagine Kalamazoo Eastside Neighborhood Plan, we build environments where every resident, customer, and underinvested creator feels completely seen, valued, and safe; cultivating a distinct neighborhood identity that combats displacement and inspires the entire city.
Collaborative Blueprinting
We do not build in silos. We intersect our diverse professional skillsets; from institutional strategy and corporate governance to visual branding and elite multimedia production, to create a de-risked, sophisticated, and scalable model that can be replicated across city, state, and region.
